Day 3
Today started out SO good! I had a diet dr. pepper for breakfast and steamed brocolli with a little cheese and rice for lunch. But then, we went over to Stewy's parent's house and they ordered PIZZA!! I had THREE slices! I scraped most of the sauce off of them if that helps! Haha! I played the wii fitt for 30 minutes again...I'm now 2.9 lbs from losing 5 lbs--which sucks, but I'm not going to let it get me down! On a lighter note, I cut Audra's hair today and it looked fabulous!!! I'm prrrreeeetttttttttttyyyyy sure she LOVES it! I'm so happy that her and her family are going on the cruise with us! I think I've got some haircuts to do before then! Haha!

Day 2
I did pretty good today. I know I could have done better though....at dinner atleast!
Breakfast: diet dr. pepper and one of those little breadstick things that come with cheese
Lunch: diet dr. pepper and a lunchable
Stewy and I went to my parents house tonight and they had some goodies there! I talked myself into having ONE oreo and ONE bite size reeses beanut butter cup. I figured that I had done pretty good.
Dinner: My mom made homemade chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes. I also had a pickle and a thin slice of french bread with light butter on it.
I regret having so much dinner AND that oreo and piece of candy. I only worked on the Wii Fit for a little bit tonight because my husband's friend was out in the front room with us and I felt like I was being judged. I will do much better tomorrow though!!!
Our friends, Audra, Heath, Siera, and Lenora are coming to town!!! So very excited to see them! I'm cutting Audra's hair!!!! She's a major help with this blog thing. She's doing it with me!!!! I know we can do this together!!! Talk to you tomorrow!!!!

Wii Fit!!!
I just got done working out on my Wii Fit for 30 minutes straight and I feel so much better! I set my goal as losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks and I am already almost there! I only need to lose 1.8 lbs. This is going great! I just have to stay positive and keep this blog posted!!!! Ta Ta for now!!!!
Day 1
Today has started out very good! For breakfast I had some blackberries and a diet dr. pepper. I just got done with lunch---a ham and swiss sandwich with a few potato chips and a diet dr. pepper! I am wanting to do my usual thing after lunch and get a nutty bar or candy bar out of the vending machine! This is tough but I've got to fight through it! I will more than likely have grilled chicken on the george forman---to get the fat out---and a salad with a diet dr. pepper! If only I didn't have to make something different for Stewy! He would NEVER go for a salad! THEN, I shall workout on the wii fit! Its so much fun! I can't wait to be down a few sizes for my trip!!!!

The Journey Starts
I am tired of watching other people lose weight and watching myself struggle with it. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and its now time to get rid of it once and for all! I have NEVER been small by any means. I've always been the chubby girl with the pretty face and I'm done with that! I want to be the "total package." And, although I have already found my one true love, and I know that he is totally and completely in love with me, I want to be as close to perfect that a human can possibly get for him and myself! I'm not meaning to gloat, but I know I am a beautiful woman, inside and out. But, I want to be healthy and totally confident in my own body. I am starting this blog to document everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, I eat. I think this will help me with my struggles. I'm going to Miami Trick!!! I've got to be looking good by then, or atleast well on my journey!!!
